Our Practice is setting up a ‘Virtual’ Patient Reference Group to enable patients to give their views about how the Practice is doing and if we can improve the services/care given to you.

- Services we provide and any proposed changes.

- Setting our priorities for the future.

- Helping agree questions for wider surveys
