We aim to provide the best service at all times. Any ideas or suggestions on how we can do things differently or better are welcome. If we have done well or sadly let you down, please tell us; remember we are all human!

There is a leaflet that explains the NHS complaints procedure with which we comply.
 

holidays & Training

Doctors are usually available but we cannot guarantee this as we are a small practice. Locum doctors may cover holidays or sickness. Medical students or registrar doctors may also be attached to the practice. You will be told of these occasions and a notice will be displayed in the waiting room.
 

Your partnership in health

Recovering from illness and staying healthy requires partnership between you and us. We provide traditional, family medicine which is friendly, personal and caring.

We expect you to co-operate with our advice, behave politely and soberly, respect other patients and make responsible use of our service.
