APPOINTMENTS

Whenever possible, please book appointments in advance by phoning or calling at the surgery. The doctors, nurses and midwife operate ten minute appointments, but if you need longer, please tell the receptionist and we will provide the time that you need.

If you cannot keep an appointment you must phone to cancel; your time can be given to someone else.
 

Urgent Consultations

If you or your child need to be seen urgently, please tell the receptionist. We operate a triage system and a nurse will phone you back. Time is allocated for urgent consultations. You will be told when to come and we will expect you to rearrange work or transport. If this is difficult please consider telephone advice.
 

Telephone Advice

Telephone advice is quick and easy and saves a visit to the surgery. If you need advice over the phone please call between midday and 1pm. You may be asked to phone back or await a call from the doctor.
